Going walking today with a friend. Its that time of the month so im hoping it will feel good to get out and walk. Slow day today, nothing "tastes", am behind on my fluids but gonna catch up soon. then to a support group meeting tonite for year out and beyond wls'ers.
I am journaling all my food, been doing it for 4 days; so far so good! Will email it all to dietitian once a week.
