7:30 usual breakfast
2 pm same for lunch
1/2 fudge bar before lunch
supper i had steak, shrimp and a small salad and some broccoli

Thurs March 4

7:30 usual breakfast
1:30 lunch I had some chicken dumpling soup, and an eggs salad sandwich on wheat.
coffee and my orange drink now about 4 pm
walked with hubby and dd and dgs for half hour at school then went to the new Chinese buffet for supper. I ate mostly chicken, a few veggies, 2 bites of a donut, it all did fill me up. they tried the frog legs, i did not.

7:30 usual breakfast and vitamins
lunch was 2 hard boiled eggs around noon and later at 4ish a turkey and cheese unwich from JJ's.
more string cheese later.

Tues March 2

8 am ususal breakfast
too early of a snack of the cinnamon apple cereal and peanuts
now drinkin coffee
had some popcorn and lunch was chicken with tomato sauce and lots of cheese under said broiler
breakdown, feel free to check the oh no box for me please
rest of cold pizza and the last 3" of the bread with pb and sf jelly
its been a strange afternoon/evening.

Happy March!! Monday March 1st

7:45 same breakfast
today is a new month and we are starting over with exercise, planning to walk 5 times a week, not eating junk or soda. just had my vitamins. gonna tackle the to do list.
lunch rest of taco chicken with cheese and a bit of salsa
snacked on string cheese and part of a protein shake
supper was late and pizza with extra cheese
walked for 30 min pushing stroller
1 sf fudge bar
