today is a new month and we are starting over with exercise, planning to walk 5 times a week, not eating junk or soda. just had my vitamins. gonna tackle the to do list.
lunch rest of taco chicken with cheese and a bit of salsa
snacked on string cheese and part of a protein shake
supper was late and pizza with extra cheese
walked for 30 min pushing stroller
1 sf fudge bar
