string cheese b4 i rode my bike for 30 min and walked some of it. been a LONG time since I rode and the legs were yelling!
lunch was grilled chicken, broccoli and shred cheese
had a protein shake, double scoop after lunch
1 fudge bar
1 bag of 100 cal apple cereal from Kay's Naturals
supper was grilled porkchop boneless yum!
now more iced coffee cuz im behind on my fluids!
day one is in! yeah! tomorrow I hope to walk in the morning.
