a lovely headache is with me today
and its raining, at least i dont have to water the garden.
thursday i had the usual scram eggs at breakfast and grilled chicken with cheese for lunch. supper was a couple french fries and bite of chicken wrap at a spy job i do. of course the fries have upset my system. suppose i should have bit and spit as i talked about with a friend. ya have to taste test the food for the spy job. oh well it pays a few bucks so i'll live.
at least i didn't go nuts and eat ALL the food while spying.
so far this month i have been about 98% good when it comes to food. walked twice. have 2 more spy jobs today and a couple things to pick up at the stores.
