Turkey Loaf

LOW-CAL TURKEY LOAF 


1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey

1 lg. grated carrot

1 sm. chopped onion

1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

2 lg. eggs, slightly beaten

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce


Combine all ingredients. Mix lightly and press into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. (180 calories per serving.)
